Janice Childers graduated from Midwestern State University and is an RN in Texas. Janice’s career includes working as a surgical floor charge nurse and ICU assistant charge nurse. She has extensive operating room experience as a circulating nurse and assistant operating room head nurse. She was on the “Liver Transplant Team” at a large university medical center and worked in a plastic and reconstructive surgeon’s private surgery center as the head nurse. She is responsible for the initial analysis of potential client’s charge capture processes and manages the auditing process. She also provides the training for the client’s surgical nurse managers.
